Healthy eating, the fountain of eternal youth

We all are abide by God’s harsh will à the nature of skin oxidization

We all hate it

Nevertheless, i still have to give snaps to the modern technology by creating potent antioxidants in a bottle to slow down our aging process --à bravo to the all the pharmaceutical companies…. (Clapping).

YET, without healthy lifestyle and ordered routines, it is just a waste of effort and time for the industry to create a younger looking world.

I ain’t babbling to the world saying that I have a better healthy life than they are, but at least I am putting a lot of effort doing it. (Grins).

Like the place now I live in, packed with diversity of ethnic backgrounds and cultures.. Likewise with the cuisine, burst with aromatic and tantalizing fragrance. But that doesn’t mean they are healthy, they can be lethal too.

I always get the same excuse from people, that they lived for food and it is a shame living in this world and can’t even enjoying eating. But they never realized the foods they consume are the actual silent killers that make them reach they end point way faster than the other factors

Pizzas and pasta, greasy Chinese, Greek souvlakis , Indian curry and dun forget the deadly fast foods. Remember super sized me folk? The guy practically had a heart failure after constantly having weeks of Mackers !!

Healthy food of course is a combination of all sources of nutrients and litters of water. But today we are going to narrow the scope to just anti aging food. Most importantly anti aging food is the food that does not make your wrinkles appear prematurely, and it stimulates blood circulation.

I am not a nutritionist or dietician. But I certainly eat according to logics. ( Sheniqua : what?? Girl,I need details !! )

Ok, I might as well just reveal my daily eating routines here.

1st rule, : No sugars, as you guys know refined sugars will decrease immune system and it speed up the aging process.
